By accessing or using the Growers Chain platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Platform. By using Growers Chain, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@growerschain.com.
When you place an order, you enter into a direct transaction with the vendor. Growers Chain facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the sale contract between buyer and vendor.
You agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable delivery fees. Prices are displayed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless stated otherwise.
Orders confirmed with cash-on-delivery/pickup are binding. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
Vendors must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock information. Misrepresentation of products may result in suspension.
Growers Chain charges a commission on each completed sale as agreed at vendor onboarding. Payouts are made via the agreed schedule after order completion.
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of products listed.
Points earned through the Growers Chain Rewards Program have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Growers Chain reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
Growers Chain is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between buyers and vendors. Our total liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.
